The Antelope Valley kennel club will host an OFA canine eye clinic with Dr. Michael Chang DMV, DACVO
Please note: prepay will guarantee a spot and has priority. Without payment, the appointment will be on standby/as time permits and you risk not being seen if the clinic gets full. Prepay is by Zelle/Venmo. Standby is cash only the day of the clinic.
Be sure to bring your AKC registration information and microchip info. OFA form is available online, go to www.ofa.org and set up an account. (This way you don't get a hand cramp doing the paperwork by hand day of clinic.)
