It comes prepacked in individual dosage sticks, most average size dogs use a full stick. For toy dogs, divide the stick between usages. It is a powder so it can be mixed in with food. If you do want to put it in liquid, mix it really well and dose with a syringe to make sure they get the whole amount. Mixing it with meat based baby foods works really well.
