1. Contains a source of Protease which hydrolyzes proteins. One HUT unit proteolytic activity is defined as the amount of enzymes that will produce, in 1 minute under specified conditions, pH 4.7 and 40°C. 2. Contains a source of alpha-Amylase which hydrolyzes starch.
